A pending order may be cancelled from its order page. Once accepted, request cancellation through the Help Center; approval depends on preparation and delivery progress. Report missing, incorrect or damaged items promptly with the order number and relevant evidence.
For cash-on-delivery orders, the store collects payment. Approved refunds must therefore be arranged with the collecting store, with support assistance where required. An approved platform fee reversal returns to the seller’s prepaid balance and is separate from a customer refund.
