Partners must provide accurate business details, maintain relevant permissions and licences, publish truthful prices and product information, and fulfil accepted orders using their own preparation and delivery arrangements. Private identity documents are submitted for verification only.
No per-order platform fee applies at launch. If a fee is introduced, sellers must be informed of the amount and effective date before it applies. A prepaid balance statement will show top-ups, reservations, deductions and reversals. Partners must cooperate with order enquiries and treat customers respectfully.
