OuroBite connects buyers with independent sellers. A placed order is received and awaits seller acceptance. The seller is responsible for product accuracy, availability, preparation, applicable permissions and delivery.
One order contains products from one seller. Product prices and delivery charges are displayed before placing the order. This release supports Cash on Delivery. No platform service fee is added.
Sellers are discoverable within a straight-line radius of two kilometres from the chosen pin. Road distance can differ. Estimated delivery is 30–60 minutes and may change; status updates are supplied by the seller.
Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery details and must not misuse the platform. Reviews must reflect a genuine completed order. Contact support for disputes.
